Nancy Chapman has more than 30 years of experience in policy formulation, public health program management, community-participatory research, and public health communications. Combining her professional work on the House Agriculture Committee, public health intervention research and evaluations, leadership on health and nutrition organizational boards, and management of community health programs, she brings innovative approaches and bottom-up solutions to preventing today’s public health problems. She regularly speaks, publishes, advises, and advocates on food, public health, and nutrition policies, regulations, and programs. Nancy earned a Master of Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley and completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital.
